Wrong Cover Art on Podcasts

I'm getting some weird mix-ups on Cover Art on a whole bunch of my podcasts.  They're all mixed up, showing cover art from other podcasts that I'm subscribed to.

For example, I just looked at my "Post Politics Podcast", and three of the episodes show the proper cover art, but 1 shows the cover art for TWiT and one show the cover art for NBC's Nightly News Video Podcast.

Even odder, when I play them back with the display set to cover art, I'm getting the wrong cover art displayed even for ones that show the right artwork in the Details and Thumbnail views!
