iPod classic 120GB "Device information cannot be retrieved..."

HI,
Good morning ...

I hope to get some help wih this  :P

When being looged in as "Normal user" on my XP-ProSP3 Laptop I get this alert when connecting my new iPod classic 120GB (latest firmware)
Working as "Admin" everything works, as it should be.
Yes, i have iTunes 8 installed.
MC 13.0.126 version is installed
