How do you use VST plugins?

I saw in the email announcing MC14 that it supports VST plugins but can't find anything about it except a couple of posts last month.

I have a few VST effects and am curious. How do I go about using them?

when you click on dsp effects (the small sliders at the top, right), click "add plug in".
