[Fixed] Particles and Thumbnails - Issues after the 90min mark

Since I'm on a streak getting some changes, here is an oldie (added a pic for clarification).  When I create Particles I can get MC to grab the Thumbnail that represents a frame from the start of the Playback Range (all as expected), but only up to the 90Min mark ... after this they are all the same Thumbnail.

Next build:
Fixed: Thumbnails for files with a playback range would cap and show the same thumbnail for all videos.
