Hi Folks,
It took me quite a while to find out that my crashing MC19 was due to the fact that I use WindowBlinds. I couldn't even install a new version because the installer already crashed. I tried to exclude MC from inside WB (all of the .exe's) but that was fine except that I cannot install a new version.
So to install a new version I have to disable WindowBlinds - then the installer runs fine. After installation I enable Windowblinds again (with all the exceptions) and everything runs fine again . (It all started from version 19027 upwards)
I hope this will help those who are affected by this as well.
These are my system specs: Win 8.1 Pro with spring update, 64 bits, running on a SSD.
double booted with Win7 (in win 7 no problems so I copied all the program files from win7 to win8 + Jworker from system 32- then I made the exceptions in WB (latest version 8.05)
