Print Screen not working ICETCP PRO 5.1.26

We have ICE 50+ installs of ICETCP PRO 5.1.26 installed on on XP service pack 3. Our most recent install of ICETCP PRO the print button does not work. Normally we do not have to do anything to get print screen to work. We  have tried everything that seemed logical  and we simply can not print from ICE. Windows printing works fine for all other applications. Other people using ICE can print to this printer. we have tried multiple printers.

None of these work.
1. right click --> print --> screen
2. print icon
3. File - Print Screen
4. File - Print

We have changed the printer setting numerous ways & all setting match
1. File - Print Setup
2. Active Profile
3. Default Profile

I saw something about this being related to mfc42.dll - both PC's have the same versions. 
Any advise on how to resolve this issue?

Try changing the printing method in the profile to "raster".

Also, one can simply click on the printer icon on the toolbar to get a printscreen.

Thank Deana.  :)We could not print from the toolbar either. What I found was the default profile printing method was blank, once I changed it to normal everything was okay.
