Bob, just wanted to let you know, I bought the dot matrix printer and it works just fine to print the invoices.  For what ever reason, the Dymo Printer will not print off the com port or the USB.

Thank you for the excellent Support.  I truly appreciate the time you took to help me get up and running.

Good to hear the other printer worked!

I'm curious about the DYMO though. If you aren't using it and aren't going to send it back perhaps you could lend it to us to use for some testing??
