On of my customers is having this problem.  They have been advised repaetedly that they need to upgrade their WIN-OS and the products that they use.  They have been reticent.  The problem follows:

WIN98 with DejaWin for WIN95 version 6.091 version 6.32 for Windows:

Dejawin Print Screen error using the new HP5650: Cannot create printer device.  HP replaced an HP 820. Screen Print worked with the HP 820.

The HP820 is still setup in Windows for LPT1.  Had her check properties for the hp 820 v8.5 (PS or PCL is not specified).  The HP 5650 doesn't have the v8.5 specified.

Is there any known issues with HP 5650 comaptibiliy?
Is there a Dejawin version for WIN98 that would help?

That's a 16 bit version, no longer supported.

Is the 5650 a PARALLEL or USB printer?
If it's parallel then next release of ICE.TEN should solve your problem.
