Print screen problems

Since I installed version ICETCP Pro 5.1.21, I'm having problems doing print screens.

When I do one, I get blank pages, followed by what's on my screen, split over 3 pages.

Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure you actually have 5.1.21.  If you do help->version information on the telnetpro screen you'll get detailed version info.

The printscreen functions changed across the board in all products as of the last release. They were made more generic so that IBM PC graphics characters didn't cause trouble on printers that didn't support them and to get rid of problems with different sized fonts.

I just retested it here and it works great.

Note that if you are using a locally connected printer you can also try bypassing the windows spooler by checking out "Direct Printing for 5.1.x clients" under this thread:
