Common to both Clients:
Added Linux Icelp & Ucopy sample files to UNIX directory on the CD.
Added CUPS Support files to the UNIX directory on the CD.
Ice.LP - Increased the range of allowable port numbers.
Updated printer routine for print screen & print buffer.
Fixed "ConvertToUpperCase" switch in FTPWin.
Force LPD to always use RAW mode (Unix print jobs are preformatted).

PRO Client:
Fixed problem where keyboard keys appear locked.
Fixed Capslock state which becomes unsynchronized after locking & unlocking the keyboard.
Changed to static linking of mfc42.dll

Classic (4.4) Client:
Improved Printscreen print functions.
Fixed code to do autologin from the command line.
Fixed SSH so nulls don't get added after carriage returns.
