Changes from the previous released version build 23

Added Linux Icelp & Ucopy sample files to LINUX directory on the CD.
Added CUPS Support files to the LINUX/CUPS directory on the CD (these are good for other UNIX versions as well because they are scripts).
Ice.LP - Increased the range of allowable port numbers.
Fixed "ConvertToUpperCase" switch in FTPWin.
Improved Printscreen print functions.
Fixed code to do autologin from the command line.
Fixed SSH so nulls don't get added after carriage returns.
Changed version numbering to be consistent with other ICE products.
