I downloaded Iceten trial version.  The Dejawin terminal emulation works fine.  I did not seem to receive a copy of upcopywin for my SCO Unix, so I cannot try out the file transfer.  Where can I get copy of ucopywin for SCO openserver 5 and install instructions?

The unix side of ucopy isn't part of the trialware. You need to purchase ICE.TEN to get that functionality.
