failed to open file

Version 5.1.09 of telnet pro gives message "Failed to Open File" when starting up, but seems to run ok after we click OK three times.
Any idea how to resolve this?

Sounds like it's trying top open a keymapping file or somehting similar.
When did it start happening?
Did you change anything just before it started happening?
