Question:  I would like to delpoy ICE TCP Pro on a windows 2003 termnal server, such that remote user can access the Unix application via terminal server, each with it own profice.settings.  Can this be done, and is there any documentation on how to deploy.  We tried installation and per a normal install and get numerous error messages.

You need a current version AND a terminal server license/activation key.
