When in the "edit hosts" fuction, and you click the "shortcut" button
regardless of whether you click cancel or OK, it still creates the shortcut.
cancel button not working properly

Is there a possible fix, update, or revision for this issue?

We'll add that to the list for the next release.

I am having a different problem.

I am attempting to add a shortcut to a SSH host it does connect, however,
I can connect from the host list and when entering the info on the host line.

The shortcut contains the correct port (22), however, it does not appear to be using ssh. Is there a command line parameter/flag to tell TelnetPro.exe to use ssh?

Yes you can do ssh in a shortcut. For example my shortcut for the host lx looks like this:

"C:\Program Files\J River\ICETCP5\TelnetPro.exe" lx++ssh 22 Default

I did that by simply choosing the host in the edit hosts window, noting that ssh should be checked there, then hitting the shortcut button.

You can do it manually as well.
