Using the version below on Windows terminal server environment, the default profile settings for some users do not get saved when logging off from server.  Any ideas why this is happening?

Either:

1) The registry isn't writable during the session (Run TelnetPro, change some settings, exit TelnetPro but stay in your terminal server session, run regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->J.River and check to see if you have a profile listed there).

or

2) Terminal server is setup to drop all changes to the registry netween sessions for that user (I think the way that works is they always make a fresh copy of the registry for every new terminal server session, this is supposedly settable which would indicate why you only have problems with some users).

If the former is your problem, open up the permissions on the registry.
If you have the second problem, you'll need to find that in the terminal serever settings.
