Ice TCP Pro on Terminal Server
« on: September 03, 2005, 12:28:47 pm »

We recently purchased a copy 25 user copy of Ice.TCP Pro for Terminal Server. I licensed it yesterday (Friday 3rd) in the normal way, but any sessions run on the Terminal Server report that a terminal server license is required.

The License Admin shows 1 authorized user for this license, which I assume is correct for a Terminal server license.

There is only one license listed in the license admin package, which is the terminal server license, and it's allocated to the terminal server.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get this working?

Thanks

Paul

The terminal server requires 2 licenses. A single user and a terminal server enabling license. They are obtained in matched pairs. If you only have the single user you need the terminal server enabler license. Today is a holiday in the US. We will be able to get you the license on Tuesday.
