configuration issue

We replaced several PC's over the weekend.  Both old & new are XP, running ICETCP 4.  The license wizard found a valid license.  When I execute ICE, I get the message "can not find valid company name".  If I run regedit & find the company name under jriver, the name appears exactly as it does on the license manager (which is on another PC that was not replaced.)  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Sounds like you might be running mixed versions (different license server from the user install files).

I don't know how old your original is but if it's more that a couple of years old (5.0.80 or older), you should look into:
