help!
Local printers will not print from telnet pro in citrix enviroment.
The problem is that it will print fine for a day ( or few hours) then it stops printing the next day. no error message or print queue in local printers, it just doesn't print anything. We currently have ice tcp pro version 5.0.67 and it seems like it's only isolated to dot matrix printers so far ( epson fx-890 and okidata 320).  I just don't understand why it would print one day but not the next day or even start printing again few days later?

That's a VERY old version. I don't think it's even supposed to be citrix compatible. Do you have the terminal server/citrix version of Pro?

If it's working inconsistently you could try stuff like power cycling the printer when it
does't work and see if that clears out the problem. If that helps, it means that your unix app is probably sending some escape codes that are incompatible with the printer at times.
