Customer is running 5.1.26.  Wants WIN60 24 line, but it keeps defaulting back to ANSI.  If he tries to change the settings while the session is active, it terminates the session.  Any suggestions?

There is no  such thing as WIN60.

If it's changing back to the default, it means the registry entries can't be written out. The registry is where the hosts and terminal types, etc are stored.

Do a seach on registry permissions in the Pro section or refer to this post. The cause is the same.
