It seems that we can't get any USB printer to work with ICE.TCP Plus even with help from JR Tech Support.  Is there a particular list of supported USB printers?  Most recent was an HP DJ4100 series that will pull the document but never print.  This customer would gladly spend the money on Plus if we can prove ICELP works with any USB printer.

Those cheap usb printers are nearly always winprinters, they can't print characters. See the numerous other references to winprinters in the forums. You need a PCL compatible printer. There are PCL USB printers. The hp business inkjet 1200 and the hp 995 are two I've used.

There is limited winprinter support (simple line printer emulation) in ICE for passthrough printing but not in ICELP.
