Im writing because Im having trouble configuring users for Ice Plus 7.10.  For example, I myself, have forgotten my login password and cannot login anymore.  I have to use another coworkers login.  We have had the program for about a year or so and are trying to get everything configured and add more information in the databases.  I cannot do this using other(s) login(s).  Please Help!!!!

You've forgotten the password to the Unix machine I assume. You need to get your Unix admin to login as root, then they can change your password. i.e.

passwd yourname

where yourname is your login name.

Only root can do this and they can only do it on the Unix machine.
