I need to re-install ICE.TEN v4.2. Diskette 1 will not open and I have determined it is the disc and not the drive - does the same thing on multilple machines. Diskette 2 opens just fine but the setup file I need is on the faulty disk. Can anyone help.

You can get replacement media (it comes on a CD now) for a nominal charge. Call 612-677-8200 for details.
