Remote printing using Logmein.com
« on: October 09, 2008, 02:52:39 pm »

We have been accessing Telnet Pro version 5.1.25 remotely via the internet using logmein pro available at logmein.com for over a year.  Telnet Pro has worked well under logmein pro versions 3.0... but under version 4.0... all reports and screen prints from Telnet Pro are mirrored (backwards).  All Microsoft applications that might be printed are printed correctly as are test print pages.  We are printing to a HP 3940 printer and have printing set up as Raster and the port name as USB.  Does anyone have any experience with this problem?  Our current solution is to set the printer to print mirrored but this then messes up any other printing we might do.

You are using raster printing in PRO?
The port means nothing when you use raster printing. You select the printer from the pulldown with raster printing. The port is only used in direct mode.
Not much else I can think of. Sound like a bug in logmein.
