Changing the colour scheme
« on: August 02, 2009, 09:48:04 pm »

I can't seem to change the teal and yellow, the only thing that seems to change is normal foreground/background and that is the blue and white.

i need to change the bright colours without changing the blue and white as it hurts the eyes.

In the default profile, you shoud change colors for ALL of the attributes, not just the normal foreground and background. There are 17 color settable attributes there. You should pick a set of colors for each that work for what you are trying to do.

There are some examples here:
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/TECH.SUPPORT/profiles/

They do simple white on black (like a real terminal) attribute mapping.
