Title: -99 Not Found
Post by: JoeS on January 06, 2006, 04:39:08 pm
We recently had a new unix box setup for our medical manager program and ever since we had this machine, we get this error when inputting a patients name into an appointment "-99 *** Not Found ***." The last person we talked to ( Steve ) at En.Gen said it was a software issue but never gave us any details on how to fix this problem. I was told my MarkGK to come to these forums to get support.

Any help would be kindly appreciated : )

I forgot 1 error. This shows up at the bottom of the screen once we try to schedule an appointment ::

Fatal 115: Unexspected B-Tree Error [15] (36) {0}

Those errors are from the underlying program, Medical Manager, not ICE.

The B-Tree error sounds very bad. That would indicate that you have a corrupted data file or filesystem.

Can't say for sure because it's hard to know if the error is in the server filesystem or in the MM database, it could be either because sometimes the unix system will pass those messages to people logged in as well. It could even be a hardware problem on the Unix server. You  are going to have to get the Unix vendor and/or MM vendor to check it out.
