I would like to see a copy of wyse60.kys for dos. Is it possible to get a copy of this file to see how keys are defined.

The old dos format for programmable keys is in your manual. The 16 bit version is no longer supported. You can contact sales@jriver.com and see if there is still a paper manual available.
