You could try vsftpd if you aren't already using it on RHEL7.
http://linuxconfig.org/how-to-setup-vsftpd-ftp-file-server-on-redhat-7-linux

vsftpd has a timezone control:
use_localtime=YES

Hello,

We are using TCP Pro 5.1.28 on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and have recently switched our legacy SCO 5.x server to RHEL 7.x. Legacy app works fine and FTP Pro works too using PASV mode, but time stamp is not displayed correctly in the FTP Pro file listing of the files on the Linux server.  Appears to be 8 hours off so I assume this is a GMT conversion problem (we are in San Diego - PST or GMT-8). I noticed the GMT conversion option for anonymous logins but we are using normally authenticated local user logins and checking or unchecking the option did not seem to make any difference.

Example: Linus ls shows:
-rw-rw-rw-. 1 overnite overnite   57759 Dec 22 03:35 WOS_10_auto.txt

FTP Pro list of same file shows: Dec 22 11:35 AM

This is confusing to some users. Can you advise solution?

Thanks,

John Z.

That file is not where Deanna says it is on my PC.  Where else might it be?

Windows finally found a file named   ICETCPPLUS.ini    in:   c:\Users\MYNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\
I'm not sure why it would be in VIrtualStore, are you in a windows domain?

Moved HP9000 yesterday and changed the IP address. Company is down due to not being able to access the HP9000 using ICETCP PRO. Not sure where to change the IP address in the ICETCP server. The log on script runs and then stops at:

Building /opt/bbx/bbxusers/config.T138...

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers
It sounds like you are accessing the machine on it's new address since  /opt/bbx/bbxusers/config.T138... looks like a script on the HP9000.
Otherwise you can change the address in TCP.Pro's Host list box (upper left area of the Pro's screen).
If you have autologin enabled, after the login fails you should be able to use the host list endit box to change the address.

The ICETCPPLUS file can be found here in Build/version 30: (C:\Users\Deanna\AppData\Roaming\ICE) Apparently Windows sometimes hides the .ini extension by default.

Older versions/builds of PLUS, the ICETCPPLUS (.ini) file is in the Windows directory
