Title: Error: Cannot Create New Session

I have an office in Ireland and am unable to see the machines myself.  This is what my Network Admin over there is telling me the error is.  She is installing from the network and running the config wizard from the network, but still getting the same error.  PLEASE HELP!

What version of windows is she using? The telnetpro client requires 98 or newer. If it's 95, use the classic client instead.

If it's not a 95/98 problem, we need more info. What version of pro is she using (help->version info) and what version of windows?

that was it...i thought she was using ME, apparently I need to go over there and get them up to date.
