Title: XP Install problem
Post by: matthew77 on March 10, 2004, 06:01:20 am
Hi

We have some customers who have been using ICE TCP Pro version 5.0 on windows 98 PCs. We have come to upgrade thier PCs to XP and when we perform the network client install we get the following error after selecting a profile:

"Config Wizard could not determine what operating system you are using."

I do not have a lot of expierience with TCP Pro so any guidance or assistance would be very much apprecited.

Thanks in advance.
