When I launch the license Admin, I get an error that says "out of memory". Anyone have any ideas? Is this a hardware issue?

The licenseadmin is a tiny program so I think that is a bogus error message.
I would suspect registry problems or permission problems. Had you installed an oldre version that 5.0.81 at some point? If so you will probably have to remove the registry entries by hand and reinstall. Search on 5.0.81 in the forums for suggestions if this is the case.
