Title: ICELPD WITH CUPS

Hello
I have Fedora Core Release 1 with printing service CUPS-1.1.19-13.
I would like to know how to setup a printer in CUPS printing service that working with ICELPD.
I've already installed ICELPD for linux but I can't successful configure CUPS.
