I upgraded my Windows XP machine from 5.1.19 to 5.1.21. Since doing this, my print screen does not work. I thought this could be my pc, but I experienced this same problem on a client's XP as well. When I attempt to print screen it shoots out blank page after blank page until I stop the print job and turn off printer. Any ideas or help.
Thanks!

What kind of printer?
Is the raw flag in the printers section of the profile on or off?? (try reversing it).
If you still having trouble you may have to go back to 5.1.19 until we can figure out what the problem is. The printscreen function was one of the main changes in 5.1.21.

This was similiar to another posting - I found the work around until the next release comes out and Print Screen is put back as an option or default option when you select File Print or hit the printer icon. Thanks!

What are you doing to get around the problem?

"Perrys" posted the question / answer that I am simply copying and pasting into this post. He refers to 5.0.6 but as long as I have been using ICE.TCP Pro, when I selected "File | Print" the default was "Print Screen".
When "File | Print" was chosen using prior versions (5.0.6 for example), the default option was to "Print Screen". After updating to version 5.1.21, not only is this not the default option but it doesn't appear to be an option at all.
I realize that using the "Right click, choose 'Print Screen'" option is an available work-around. However, many of my users are in the habit of printing from either the menu or the print icon, and therefore they are ending up printing the entire buffer rather than simply the current screen.

I have users that cannot do a print screen by doing the 'File, Print' process.
But, right-clicking and doing the print screen does work

Ok, thanks for the feedback from both of you.
We will have that file pulldown for printscreen fixed in the next release.
