Hi guys,
I have a customer running an older version of ICE.TCP PRO on Windows NT. They have just purchased a couple of laptops running XP. What is necessary to have the XP clients working ? Do I need to upgrade the entire system (all clients and server) to v5.1+ ? Or is there client software for v4 capable of working on XP ?
thanks,
Matt

If the version is older than 5.0.81, it needs to be upgraded. Current versions of 4.4 & 5.1 will both run on XP. If the server machine does not change for the upgrade, then it is possible to upgrade just XP clients' machines (unless the current version is VERY old). However, it is highly recommended to update all the clients to the same version.
