Our ICE-TCP is running OK, but I would like to go into LicenseAdmin and update the User Name and Comments fields so that I can keep better track of our licenses. (We have 45 seats, but only 30 computers, but all 45 of our licenses show as "in use"!)
However, each time I try to update a user name or comment, or delete a sequence# and then exit, my changes aren't saved.
I am logged in as administrator on the Windows XP machine that serves as our Ice TCP Pro license server. Do you think this is a permission problem on the license file?
Can I go to to each machine that is running Ice-TCP in order to somehow update the info for that user?

What version of PRO are you running (you can check on one of the clients help->version information)?
Is the license server the same or approximately the same version as the clients??
