In rare circumstances it is possible the host list will not pop up when the "Show Host List" icon is selected. In these cases, if you are comfortable editing the registry, first try deleting the "Hosts" file under 5.0 in Current user and then retry. If that does not work, delete the 5.0 folder in Current User and then rerun Configwizard and you should be all set.
