Title: Need Help with ICE.TCP Plus Print Screen

I have a customer running ICE.TCP Plus on Windows XP Pro. They print fine in windows. When they try to do the print screen option FILE>Print Screen it only prints garbage characters.  We have tried to reinstall the program with the same problem. We have also verified that the printer driver is correct. Any help would be great.

What version of PLUS are they using (build number)?

What kind of printer?

Is the printer attached directly to their computer? Did they try direct print?

Sorry they are using  build 21 version 7.10a/32. The printer is a hp laser jet 2100  (i think).  They are printing to a HP jet direct.

Try selecting File, print setup, raster printing
