Title: Time out

I have never heard of this before, but we have a customer that claims if they leave a session alone for 15 minutes it goes back to logon screen.  Does any one have any ideas?  I have turned off of the power savers on the PC and screen saver etc. Do not have any problem on any of the other PCs running this,  just 2.

It's not too likely to be the PC. Since you posted in the ICE.TEN forum I assume your client has the serial version hooked directly up to the Unix machine or to a terminal server.

My guess would be that if they are connected through a terminal server that there is some inactivity timeout set in that.

If this doesn't appear to be the case, can you provide us with more info about the version of ICE they are running and the hardware involved in their connection??
