Title: Printing troubles

Using version 5.1.21 I got the software to work with help from a previous question (Thank you) but now it is unable to print, any suggestions?

Which printing are you having trouble with? Pass-thru, icelp, lpd or printscreen?

What kind of printer do you have? Is it a winprinter?

printscreen is missing on the file menu in 5.1.21. You can get it by right clicking while in a connection, doing print -> print screen
