What TCP ports should I allow in my firewall to let ICE.TCP sessions through?

23 unless you are using ssh which is 22 (by default but can be changed).
Hopefully you have a static address for the remote access client so that you only open your firewall on port 23 for that one address. It's not really safe to open port 23 to all outside ip traffic.
