Title: ICELP Error

I'm having problems with a new install of our ICETCP Pro 5.0.80 to a Win 2000 box.
Telnet Pro works fine, but when I run the ICELP software I get an error that says:

ICELP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.
You need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.

Does anyone know how I can get ICElp working again on this computer?  ICElp works on other computers in the company.
Also, does anyone know where this error log gets created to?

run icelpconfig.exe in your Program Files -> ICETCP5 directory and check your settings agains a working machine. Expecially check the printer device to see if it is correct.
