Title: Icelp Error

One of our clients is receiving the error message
Unix host does not reply or wrong socket number 2346 for icelpd teminating icelp.  

I made sure her internet conncection was up so she would be able to connect to our box and we currently have several other clients all over the country that is not having any problems.  What are the possible causes for this error message?
