We recently had the ICE TCP/IP Pro v5 licensing server crash (bad HD). We've rebuilt the server and have reinstalled the ICE software. We now need to re-add our licenses. I have already emailed support@jriver.com (yesterday) explaining the situation and have not received a response yet. We have the original serial numbers. We cannot activate them on the registration screen as they are already activated. How can we go about getting the activation keys for those serial numbers?
