Title: old version of ICE TCP PRO

Problem with version 5.0.27 (i think) is that it wont wrk on windows XP, the company we bought it off want to sell us NEW licenses for newer versions, Is it not possible to upgrade the licenses to a newer version for free if we already have the certificates with the serial numbers etc?

You need an update to the current version.
You'll need to see the instructions near the top of this forum for updating your license server.
