we currently operate a unix sco system and emunlate via our desktop workstations...  we wish to copy a report to our windows workstation and were advised that the ucopy function would be the vehicle...  we have not used this function before and would like to copy report and reopen it in windows excel to manipulate...  can we do and how...  we currently use ice.ten ver. 4.7.12 for our xp windows o.s....

First you need to install the server side of ucopy on your SCO machine.

Take a look in the manual (On the CD in the /doc directory as ice.ten.pdf) The "Step 3: Unix installation" is what you are looking for.

When you have the unix side installed you can just use the ucopy button on your dejawin toolbar to move files from unix to windows.
