I have a customer who has version 5.1.21 of Telnet Pro. She cannot seem to get Config Wiz to run correctly. It gives her the Copyright Protection error each time she attempts to connect to the Unix box. The client release and the LicenseAdmin releases are different. Is it possible to have an older version of Telnet Pro as the License Admin server? If so, what is the earliest release. Thanks

Nothing older than 5.0.81 can be used with anything newer.
If the server isn't older than 5.0.81, check the permissions on the TCP5_USER share on the server. It MUST be full control (writable) for everyone during the time you are trying to get a license (because the configwizard needs to write to the licenses folder under TCP5_USER).
Check this thread for instructions on handling the situation if you server is older than 5.0.81.
