What do I need to have set up in order to print at the remote location?  I can not find the manual that was sent with the software?

For current versions, the manual is a PDF on the CD in the DOC directory.

The only option for remote serial printing is pass-through. Your application or multiport board must be setup to support pass-through printing.

The pass-through printing codes are specific to terminal types. The most common is the Wyse60 24 line emulation (supported by some apps and most multiport boards) however the rest of the emulations support ANSI pass-through print codes as well.
