We have a client that is receiving the error message

Can not create Printer Device
Printing ob was not accepted
Please check the printers setup

Then they receive the message

The Handle is Invalid

What does this error mean and how do I resolve?

Perhaps their windows print spooler entry changed. Run the configuration for ICELP and check the PC Print settings for the "printer device"
