Title: trouble downloading trialware

Client states:  "I downloaded this software (ICE.Off.Site trialware) but it will not work for me because I have a cable phone line Voice over ISP so I will not be reregistering it."

Next day continues:  "I am still have a problem connecting to my office.  It comes back saying no carrier.  I have optimum voice, cable phone, no a regular line."

Offsite isn't for TCP/IP connections, it requires a modem or direct serial connection.
