I am running a 15 user license version 5.1.06. I am getting a socket error on 2
pc's, & need to identify each pc with the associated sequence #. I have more licenses than I have users, but IceTcp thinks
I have all 15 users installed, but I really don't.
How can I do an inventory of which pc is pointing to which sequence #?
Then I'll know which license I can delete.
Thank you

You need version 5.1.19 or later to identify the sequence number on the client. In 5.1.19 and newer you can look at the following key in the registry:
HKLM\Software\J. RIVER\ICE.TCP\5.0\License\TempUserID
With older versions the best thing to do is to remove unused users from licenseadmin then rerun configwizard on the conflicting computers by BROWSING to the TCP5_USER share on the licenaseadmin machine (which should be shared with full control access for ALL) then into either TCP-PRO and run configwizard for 5.1 or TCP4-32 and run configwizard44 for 4.4 (cleassic)
